Workplace Investigations
While we wish it were not the case, conflict in the workplace is inevitable. When conflict arises, employers may have an obligation to conduct prompt and thorough investigations, and then implement remedial measures. In addition to advising clients on whether an investigation needs to be conducted in the first place, we help clients manage the investigation process and provide expert counsel on both the form and substance of post-investigation consequences.
Relatedly, we have a team of expert workplace investigators, two of whom hold AWI Certificates (AWI-CH) in workplace investigations and successfully have completed the Association of Workplace Investigators Training Institute program). We routinely conduct investigations of complex, high stakes workplace matters that require the utmost discretion, skill and experience in the field.
