A core part of our practice is supporting our clients in fostering and maintaining a positive, constructive and productive workplace culture. To this end, we routinely conduct trainings, which are designed to stand alone or fold into a more comprehensive learning and development program our clients have established.

These trainings include workplace awareness and sexual (and general) harassment and bullying prevention, best practices in performance management, and, for managers, a series of trainings called “Managing within the Law.” In addition, we have designed custom programs to target specific areas of need. In addition to supporting our clients’ efforts to level up their workforce, our training programs are designed to help clients’ meet compliance requirements and reduce litigation risk.
