We have expertise in advising executives in the acquisition context, which often involves a fast-paced, high-stakes negotiation that is central to the deal at hand getting closed. These negotiations require a facility with the core agreements, an ability to help the executive prioritize what is important, and negotiating skills that balance getting the best deal for our clients while also making sure the deal gets done.
In addition to working with executives, we also work with our company-side clients on deal-related matters ranging from employment-related due diligence to contract negotiation, to assisting our clients in avoiding employment liabilities both before and after the transaction has closed.
